Students are often overlooked when it comes to sleep improvement as younger people typically have fewer problems, but stress of exams, assignments and countless late nights will impact on your sleep which in turn affects your mood, concentration level and more.

About the treatment

This course is all completed online. You will go through 6 weeks of guided treatment via 1-2-1 therapist support and weekly group Zoom calls as well as video content each week. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia can help you to sleep better, no matter how big (or small) your sleep issue.

You will be required to submit a daily sleep diary for the full length of your programme to monitor and track improvements and you will also have a further 6 weeks of optional sleep diaries so you can continue to practise and improve beyond the guided portion of the programme, if you choose to.
