From short, digestible articles and relevant scientific papers, to popular non-fiction and fiction books, the International Sleep Charity Book Club will aim throughout its course to uncover all of the weird, wonderful and informative works related to sleep, elucidating the world of sleep and leave no stone unturned.
Whether or not you have read the selected text, half-read it or anything-in-between need not matter. Join us to learn more about sleep, to listen to some fascinating dialogue or to ask any sleep-related question you like to your fellow future friends in sleep. Sessions will take place via Zoom.
