Helping University Students to Improve Their Sleep Through Research, Education and Treatment.

Our mission is to improve global wellbeing through sleep education.

The International Sleep Charity is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity Number: 1123736) with a mission to help the world sleep better. Run by a dynamic team of former and current poor sleep sufferers, sleep enthusiasts and sleep professionals; we are committed to our social mission of helping as many people as possible sleep better, forever.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at SleepHubs

We are hosting a sleep improvement course with SleepHubs at an exclusive discounted rate.

If you are struggling with your sleep, this course could help you to sleep for up to 30 minutes more per night, without needing to spend any longer in bed.

Take Part in our Research

Are you a University student? Help us with our research by completing the Student Sleep Survey, and be in with a chance of winning a Mattress Topper and Sleep Improvement Programme from our friends at SleepHubs.

International Sleep Charity Global Webinar Series

We will be joined by expert clinicians, thought-leaders and scientists for a series of brief talks and relaxed, but ‘intelligent’ conversations, taking inspiration from the interviewing style of the late Sir David Tang.

All events will take place via Zoom and are accessible across the globe. If you are interested but cannot attend on the scheduled date, you catch up on our YouTube channel.
